Day 1: Nairobi- Aberdares National Park

You’ll be picked up in the morning at 8:00 am and drive to the Mount Kenya region, arriving in time for lunch. Have lunch at the base hotel. In the afternoon, transfer up to the tree lodge in their special vehicles. There you’ll have an afternoon game viewing from the tree lodge.
Dinner and your overnight stay are at the tree lodge.

Day 2: Aberdares National Park – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, leave the park as you exit with an en-route game viewing drive. Proceed to Lake Naivasha for your lunch in Simba lodge. After a relaxed session, proceed for an afternoon game drive through Hell’s Gate National Park, famous for its natural geysers, star rock towers and geothermal steam that make it one of the most atmospheric parks in Africa.
This park was named for its pair of massive red-tinged cliffs framing a geothermic active interior of steam vents and bubbling springs. This is the only park where you can walk or cycle through as you view the animals.

Day 3: Naivasha- Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we will depart Simba Lodge for Masai Mara National Reserve. There will be a stop at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley whose view of the valley below is splendidly panoramic views of Mount Longonot and Mai Mahiu township. Arrive at Mara River in good time for lunch and a brief relaxation before you proceed for an evening game drive in this world-famous reserve. It has a high concentration of plain game animals and its yearly seasonal migration of wildebeest and zebra. Dinner and your overnight stay are in Mara River Camp or equivalent.

Day 4: Full Exploration in the Masai Mara National Reserve

On this day after breakfast, traverse the Masai Mara National Reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the Big Five and more of the lesser game. You can choose to go out for a full day with picnic lunches that shall be taken by the Mara River at the hippos pool as you watch the ever-basking hippos and African crocodiles. If you are lucky to visit during the great migration (July – October), from this point you will watch the river crossing animals.
Later, as you exit the park in the late afternoon, you will have an option to visit a Maasai village to learn more about their culture and be entertained by their warrior dances. Meals and your overnight stay are in Mara River Camp.

Day 5: Masai Mara – Nairobi

Enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive, have breakfast then depart for Nairobi. Lunch will be en route, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening. We’ll have a drop-off in your city hotel or at the airport where the safari ends.
