| 16 – 35 days | 40% of total cost |
| 4 – 15 days | 60% of total cost |
| 3 days or less | 100% of total cost (No refund) |

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed to the original credit/debit card used for payment, and must be claimed
within 1 months. A 5% administrative charge will apply to all refunds to cover transaction processing costs. Refunds will
be completed within 60 days from the date of official cancellation notification.
Note: Different cancellation terms apply to Uganda and Rwanda safaris. These will be provided upon request.

2. In-Trip Complaints & Resolutions.

We strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable safari experience. If any issues arise during your tour:
Notify your: Tour Manager, Driver/Guide, or Lodge/Camp Manager immediately.
This gives us the opportunity to resolve matters promptly on the ground.
If the issue is not resolved, submit a formal complaint in writing within 30 days of the end of your safari.
Complaints will be investigated, and if valid, compensation (if any) will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
