I reported immediately on place to TRA (Tourism Authority in Kenya) she was arrested and released after my concession.
I only received the reimbursement from my credit card for the first advance of 500US$ but for the rest 2.410US$ in 7 months I have only received from Cate 300US$ and she continue to joke with me.
I have all the documentations between me and the TRA
There is another review claiming a reimbursement, so for her is not the first time.
Be very careful and do not use her for any services

I saw so many incredible animals, like cheetahs, hyenas, and gazelles. The safari van with the open roof gave us perfect views, and I loved that we could even upgrade to a jeep for a more thrilling experience. The whole tour lasted about four hours, which was ideal for me since I had limited time. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kenya – it’s a must-do!
