Fly from Nairobi to the Masai Mara
Start your adventure in style.
You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to Wilson Airport. From here, you will board a scheduled flight to the Masai Mara (approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour).
Arrival & Afternoon Game Drive:
- Upon landing at the airstrip, our driver-guide will meet you and transfer you to Base Camp for check-in and lunch.
- Take a short rest to settle in.
- In the late afternoon, enjoy your first thrilling game drive until sunset (approx. 6:30 PM).
- Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner included.
- Drinks: Drinking water included (other drinks not included).
2Day
Full Day Safari (Optional Balloon Ride)
The Main Event.
Today is dedicated to exploring the vast plains of the Masai Mara.
- Optional Balloon Safari: If you choose this option, you will be picked up at 4:30 AM. Enjoy a magical 1.5-hour flight over the savannah, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.
- Full-Day Game Drive: After breakfast (or the balloon ride), you will proceed on a full-day game drive. This is your best chance to spot the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, and Buffalo).
- The Mara River: You will enjoy a picnic lunch by the river, famous for its resident hippos and massive crocodiles. If it is migration season, you may see wildebeests crossing.
- Wildlife: Look out for zebras, giraffes, hyenas, and vultures before returning to camp in the evening.
- Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included.
- Drinks: Drinking water included (other drinks not included).
3Day
Morning Game Drive & Fly Back to Nairobi
One last look at the wild.
- 06:00 AM: Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.
- Early Morning Game Drive: Head out into the park as the sun rises. This is the “golden hour” for photography and the best time to spot predators like lions and leopards while they are active.
- Breakfast & Departure: Return to camp for a full breakfast. Afterward, check out and enjoy a final en-route game viewing drive as you head to the airstrip.
Return to Nairobi:
Board your flight back to Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Upon arrival, our driver will meet you and drop you off at your hotel, marking the end of your safari.
